For every 3 dozen great customer service locations in San Francisco, there is one with exceptional customer service.5 stars (I would give 10 if I could) go to the store manager Kevin. - I picked up a Wi-Fi router to take advantage of $24.99/month internet service offer - The router was not working - Kevin helped me troubleshoot at the store (not something they typically do) - I went back home to troubleshoot on my own - I had to return the router - Kevin noticed a restocking fee on my account and called Verizon customer service immediately - I heard him ask if he could ship the router back from the store (trying to save me from that extra step) - he stood by my side while I was on the phone with the CS department - He waited until my return was confirmed and made sure the fee was waived - did I mention he did this while he was helping out 2 other customers (one of them disabled) I have yet to encounter people who treat every task with the same level of professionalism, eagerness to help and dedication to results. Thank you Verizon for hiring exceptional people!

Passive aggressive staff. They're pretty much only going to do things you can already do online here. Don't waste your time walking in just go to their website...or a better Verizon.
