Great food, even greater service!

Bad customer treatment. We do not know how your food will be but the treatment is very bad. When we arrived we signed up for the waiting list that they have at the door, they saw us and gave us the letter so that we could go thinking what we wanted, then we spent 2 hours waiting on the street and they passed other groups that arrived later because there were more people than us without saying anything. We asked if they had forecast how long we would wait and he told us he was going to check but he didn't come out to tell us anything until we had been waiting for 2 hours to tell us that in 5 minutes they would close the kitchen, that if we wanted to order take away... obviously we didn't order any. If you are 2 people like us, do not go, they prioritize groups of 4-5 people because they know that it will give them more money. It seems quite expensive.

This was a fantastic experience. It was like a perfect dance from start to finish. The kitchen and sushi chefs we perfectly synchronous. The food was elegant with breathtaking delivery. One of the best meals of a lifetime. The cost is quite high at 250 for the experience plus plus for saki and tip… but worth it for the once in a lifetime experience. It may be useful to have one tier lower of an option to get more repeat visits…but… if they can sustain on this then keep the magic going.
