I don't work at the store, so I'm sorry I can't help with that question.
They currently make you scan a QR code from their storefront window to get into the waiting list on the spot. I went on a Wed night and waited about 30 min, which wasn't bad. You can walk around the area until they text you when it's your turn. But note that you will still have to go to the store physically to even get on the waitlist. Re: vaccination, they didn't check for one as of 12/22/2021. However, they require facial mask upon entering and while in the store.
I don't think they do repairs at this location, just because I asked a question about a belt I bought from this location. What if it gets damaged and the sales associate said "we don't do repairs here"
Call to get more details since different stores carry different selections and the get an inventory list of what they have in hand

Yes, they will send it off to be repaired. Repairs not done on site. The cost however, is determined on a case by case basis
