HEALTH DEPARTMENT needs to inspect for many reasons...FACILITY LACKS OVER ALL CLEANLINESS. lacks professional cleaning care Ceilings should be inspected for mildew and leaks. Clients unable to access kitchen to prepare a meal for 6 weeks and counting..clients bathroom.toilets have been left clogged up and smelling for 3 days...at a time. Refuse clients access to medical prescribed diet by their physicians. Staff are unprofessional and disrespectful to clients...by use of condescending behavior, such as verbal and emotional abuse (bully the clients). No security guard staffed. FACILITY IS NOT GATED. ALL AROUND IT WAS TRULY SHOCKING !
