Rent increased over $1,000 over 2 years. Office staff changes all the time so no one knows what they’re doing or telling their residents. The air vents are never changed/cleaned. A lot of the residents are dirty which brought in cockroaches crawling around inside apartments. Over my 2 year stay, the sauna and jacuzzi they have advertised never once worked. The gym would often be closed randomly with no warning to residents. Garbage is all over the parking area and throughout the community with workers walking by it daily, including broken glass. The dogs are out of control at this place. Little girls walking big dogs that fight with each other and are uncontrollable. We witnessed multiple dog fights right in front of our unit. The worst part of it all, GREYSTAR is the WORST management in all of Nevada. If you need to talk to them, forget about it. The secretary will transfer you to a “specialist” just to be on hold for 10 minutes before the phone automatically hangs up. Did this over 5 times in a row before actually speaking to someone. The extra charges are outrageous and just not worth the money or headache. Avoid at all costs.

I can’t say much about 3001 Park in particular except for one of their maintenance techs that stand out to me. His name is Jose, he’s amazing and very professional. He gets my work orders done fast and with a smile. He makes living here an enjoyable experience. When I’m out and about walking my dog and we run into each other he goes out of his way to ask me how everything is in my unit. I would go as far as say that Jose is the model employee. Thank you Jose for making my living experience just a little better.

It really depends on what you would be bringing to the table. Such as poor rental history, evictions etc
Don't do it! The apartment under mine is one of the new remodels but they can't keep a tenant for more than a few months because there is mold.
You get a separate bill for water trash sewer you'll have to include into your rent everything is electric which is not included (nv energy)
My sister stays there she has two very small dogs. That is a good question though. I'd call just to mk sure though ~

I have a 3 bed 2 bath for 1300. So I'm assuming 2hat you're looking for is around 1000. The place is great, but maintenance is not good. Other than that it's a great place
Dont worry, the gate is usually broken and stuck open or maintenance puts tape over the sensor so it stays open.
