THE CORPORATE LINK DOES NOTHING. NO CORPORATE RESPONSE PAST REPLYING TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I AM BEING CHARGED FOR SQUATTERS because nobody checked on my unit after I left a month ago and now I’m being charged for all of the fees that have been accurate since I’ve left including $200 worth of cleaning fees, $200 worth of sewer fees, $200 worth of reimbursement fees . HELP HELP HELP We haven’t had water since before I woke up this morning. 8-7. The 3rd time in 6 months.

(None of this applies to the maintenance staff, who is awesome) Definitely look elsewhere. For starters, the leasing office is a disaster. Every interaction leaves you feeling like you’re an inconvenience. That’s if you’re lucky enough to interact with them. Their email and voicemail must go to a black hole because I’ve never been contacted back in either form. The manager is rude and disorganized. My last encounter left me believing she’s in way over her head here (and was honestly the least pleasant part of living here, which is saying a lot). Apartment interior is fine. The complex as a whole, less so. Poorly lit at night, a misrepresented “dog park” and an incredible number of irresponsible dog owners, gates that are often broken with gate codes that don’t work, fire ants galore, and sketchy stone stairs leading up to my apartment all plagued my time here. There are several other complexes on the same street, I’d suggest checking those out prior to signing a lease here.
