I used to really like Pepboys in S. Lockport, however, once it changed to new owners I lost all respect for them. I went in to give them a chance but they saw an ignorant woman who they thought they could take advantage of but they were wrong. At one time I did all the work on my cars, I recreationally quarter mile race so there was always something to fix. I am older and don't but I still diagnose my cars so I'm not scammed. That said, I needed new fuel lines and most garages charge around $400-$500 for what I needed done. I went to Pepboys first, I was told it would be a minimum of $900 to start... so I took it somewhere else and was charged $436. Another time I went in and the one guy from in the car bay came in showing oil he found covered in dust severely outdated that they decided, in front of us (the few customers there) to charge full price as new oil. (Fyi...most oil has a shelf life of 5 years and this was much older). This is no longer a place I trust.
