Unfortunately I will say that they do NOT do a good job for deliveries… I sent a tank with food and personal things for my family in the DR and everything arrived in a mess and with almost less than half of everything I sent it… In a nutshell they abused my trust as a client and they took for themselves what was most valuable... Be very careful with these abuses of people who trust you as a company...

I hope you have a good day. This company should be more responsible since they do not comply with the order pick-up times, they are a responsible group that do not respect the customer's time in MAOMA space, which is one of the company's deliveries. I hope that in the future they put more effort into customer service and responsibility. I will not send my stuff to the Dominican Republic again since they have no responsibility and the customer service is very bad. I would recommend looking for another shipping company because it has been wrong for me 3 times. Thank you for taking your time and reading this comment and I hope that in the future if I fly to request your services you can be more responsible.

I sent a box for the first time to moca D.R. they searched it to check it and they closed it and when it arrived at moca it did not lack anything until electronics that I sent tablets and cell phones arrived this company is the one that has the most stars of customer satisfaction it has 3.5 thanks shipping union for their professionalism.R.B
