If you are importing into the US, DO NOT use this steamship line. Their customer service is horrible, and you will burn money on demurrage.

Everybody is right, people really need to stay away from these guys, especially their freight container services. Literally took 4 months and routed shipment through various ports and inactivity. They will rip you off on demurrages and will not answer you at all. I don't know who's working over there, but these guys really need to be checked by the FTC for bad business practices, especially at a time when the economy is facing shortages and increasing costs; they are definitely implicit in this area!
both are said that he is HR manager of this company. Both are sent me his details, photo and id card of this company. Please help me how can i trust they guy because i have to send money him on addressed place or name of person.

You can find from the mail ID itself whether it's fake or genuine, MSC is a reputed company, so mail address won't be with gmail, if it is gmail then the mail received is fake mail, if it is genuine the mail ID will have the company domain.
