So many years using the service of this company since 2007 and instead of improving customer service it is worse. They should spend more time training their staff and when I talk about staff I am referring specifically to the receptionists in both the NY and Puerto Plata offices. They must teach them that thanks to the clients they have their salary and that no client who is paying their money for a service is going to put up with their ill-treatment and lack of professionalism. For many years I used their service and enough boxes that they sent per year so that they want to treat me as if I were begging them and disrespect me. I do not recommend this company anymore VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

They are a fraud, they look for things when they feel like it, they tell you a price for what’sapp and when you go to look for it they tell you another. They do not comply with anything they say, HORRIBLE experience with the service of this company, do not start inventing and waste your time with it. What a lack of professionalism.
