The last appt. we had here was for 2pm. We finally met the phlebotomist at 2:45 Very slow I assume they had only one person working. The personnel are very nice though. Be prepared to wait.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly i was able to have my tests conducted today. Candy, my phlebotomist was very pleasant and skilled. I was unable to make an appointment so i walked in early. The new check in system is good for computer literate folks but not so much for the elderly.

Arrived yesterday (Tuesday) at 8:50AM for three tests. 4 people waiting in the waiting area all socially distanced and wearing masks. One person managing the front desk with another hovering in and out to assist. Dropped off my paperwork with receptionist.Receptionist was polite, organized and cordial. A patient was called into the back for testing about every 5 minutes. After waiting about 15 minutes I was called back, had my tests and was on my way in just over 20 minutes total.

I went in for my lab work today. Normally I would have tried to make an appointment but I thought I would pop in to see if it was a long wait. I must have missed the rush. Only 2 people waiting. In and out in 8 min ! Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
