I purchased vintage papers through Amazon to create letters from Santa Claus for my students but I made a typing error on the papers and ruined them. I stopped by staples to see how they could help me. The store was already closing but Kaitlyn at printing was so kind to help me. I needed to redo and reprint new letters from Santa Claus by tomorrow morning. She did not rush me. She provided new vintage paper that looks absolutely beautiful. She helped me when I was having technical problems finding my document on my laptop. She is knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. When I was getting ready to pay, she told me not to worry about it and to have a wonderful holiday. After such a difficult and stressful day, she made my day end beautifully. Thank you Kaitlyn for your kind heart and for saving Christmas. Knowing my students will receive a personal letter from Santa Claus because of Kaitlyns help means the world to me. Went back in store to exchange my computer chair after buying the 3 year protection plan. Staples, as a company switched protection plan companies and their system wasn't allowing an exchange. The shift supervisor, Brad, made an even exchange for us instead of sending us away, and it made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Thanks, Brad!

This community and the business around here deserve better . Just seems like the folks here never have a clue about their own products, I have been to many Staples . This location has a weak staff. I expect it to be gone by 2023 if they don't change . As a business owner in RSM , I would recommend going somewhere else.
