I am still coming to Ross. This is definitely not my first, second or third time. You can buy good clothing and good items of good brands. That hasn’t changed. Today they did have a lot of new stuff, probably because Black Friday was just yesterday. It was still a bit more packed than usual. The shop is clean, looks like any other Ross. Clothing racks are organized as much as possible. Rack isles are open and clean. The thing that has not changed, and it is still the reason for the three stars instead of four or five, is the “nice” attitude of the cashiers. Very unprofessional, very rude, not very friendly. Looks like upper management does not really care about their employees attitudes! Very disappointing! I usually write reviews on Yelp, barely do it on google, maybe this time management would actually see it!

Entered Ross at 10:15 pm and was told It was closing in 5 min…… we asked again since the sign outside says 11 pm and the same person we asked her again and she repeated to say yes we close in 5 min. Her name was layah short in heaight and blonde hair. I do not know why she is trying to leave early or get home quick or maybe it’s just time to get a new job for her if she doesn’t like the closing shift super rude: later on she was saying the store closed at 11 pm but to have asked her face to face and told the same answer we as a family were confused to the attitude she has. The only way she greets customers at this store is to yell this everytime they come in Ross will lose some Customers thanks to this rude customer service everyone is receiving all we want to do is shop not be greeted with someone trying to leave early for the day.

Terrific store!! Very friendly, nice, and approable staff. Store was in really good condition and well mechandise and full of inventory. Manager on Duty Manolo was really nice and greeted us when we walked in and cashier named Skyler did a good job on fast checkout! Amazing experience, thanks.
