Long lines. Very slow response.

Unhelpful staff. Worst uHaul I have ever been to. The staff are the most unhelpful I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs, if possible. And come prepared to receive vague information. You'll need to double and triple check all the information you receive. They also don't ever pick up their phone. I tried to return by truck after hours (which according to uHaul was OK) and there was nobody there to help me. I ended up being charged for an extra day, as well as $300 extra for breaking the key in the ignition, even though I had purchased their additional insurance. They had a nasty attitude all around.

Nothing indicates that there is no night drop off other than this piece of paper on the door. I almost completed the checkout process but typically look for the key drop off before finalizing it and couldn't find one. Walked around and saw this. I called a U-Haul operator prior to coming as well and nothing was flagged. Drove in from Jersey at night to only have to drive back in 2 hours worth of tunnel traffic. If I could give them a zero, I would.

Was very quick and convenient. You log vehicle pre-damage on your phone taking pictures.

Hey there. It is easier to call. Yet when you go on the UHaul website, you can choose which place to rent a vehicle.
Just go to the Uhaul website to make a reservation. They will tell you all the prices in the process. It might be cheaper to rent a on a flat rate truck daily for unlimited mileage if you go out of state. Because the city rate of 19.99 comes with 1.50 to 2.20$ per mile added.
No
It depends on the size truck you get and how much gas you use and the total miles you drive
Go online to uhaul.com
I think $20 rental fee per day plus $2 a mile plus one way surcharge fee. Go online and double check the prices and availability
Yes you can use a debt card but be aware they hold extra money for a debt card
Use a credit card- they'll simply authorize the deposit but not take it out until they have to.

Yes.
Yes
The answer as of this summer was no. They used to allow overnight parking but have since stopped for some reason. You would have to call a bunch of garages - there's one near Madison Park which may help.
