Five stars for Doctor Newman. As always a stellar, detail oriented, sincere care giver! The business sold themselves to another entity and the best way to describe it is - Archaic! We’ve gone from electronic medical records back to paper medical files?! What is this, the 1980s?! So unbelievably inefficient. The staff continues to be professional despite being set back decades electronically. Additionally, this switch must have reduced the amount of patients seen since you no longer can schedule appointments? You’d think they’d want a routine flow of guaranteed patients/money flowing through the door? At the end of the day, as long as Dr Newman is there I’ll continue with this facility.

This place is terrible, please don’t go. My husband took my son yesterday and doctor Scott told us to pick up sulfamethoxazole from CVS and they forgot put the Oder, then we called again they said it won’t be ready after May 9th, but we can go around call different pharmacy ourselves. I finally went to the CVS got the medicine and they says take 2 teaspoons but not home teaspoons so I called back them and went back this place they give me a cup they said just fill out the top that will be 2 teaspoons. I looked the SUL has 200ML which it supposed last 10 days. And 2 teaspoons is 30ML, so one day will be 60ML. I said it doesn’t seems right. So the medicine won’t even last 4 days. My son is only 5 years old and he has blood conditions. The two front girls didn’t bother to ask the doctor and said I don’t know, go as CVS. We can’t help you. And there was nobody in the clinic. Careless people, awful! Please don’t go!

Do not go here. This place is trying to rip off families during a pandemic. My son went here for a $150 rapid Covid test which we paid for up front. They then mailed me a bill for $335 in evaluation/ management and lab fees. My son wasn’t evaluated or managed. It was a rapid Covid test. He didn’t have symptoms. He needed it for a sleepover he was having. It’s disgusting how they are trying to do this to families and when you call and try to square it away no one helps you. I checked the price ahead of time and was told it was a flat $150. I would’ve never agreed to pay $150 + $335 for a test that most places do for free. I’ve left messages for the billing department. It would be nice if the honored their quoted pricing. I’ve done dozens of these tests for myself and my family for work and personal reasons and never had an issue at any other facility. We only went here because they were open and nearby.

I went here on Saturday to get tested, It is now its been 5 days , no response or results. I've called several times and left messages with no replys. This doesnt seem like an urgent care more like slowgent care. I was referred to here and will not recommend it to anyone who actually want results.
