I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra about 5 months ago. I was so excited to be able to purchase my first car. From the outside, it was a beautiful car, very little cosmetic damage, at first salesman was very professional and seemed to be knowledgeable about the history of the car, so I felt comfortable. I was told there were brand new tires and since the day I purchased the vehicle, a few weeks later I started getting flat tires , about 1 every month... ive had to replace each tire , and am now needing to replace the 4th tire that has a small leak and requires air every so often. Also, my passenger door in the back gets stuck I have to yank it a few times to open cause the lock sticks. Just recently, I took the car for a car wash as I have done a half dozen times since purchasing the car and was devestated to see the paint had peeled off a big chunk off the passenger side roof. When I called to speak to the dealership I was told it was out of their hands and that I would need to contact the car wash. He was very rude and short with me. After doing some research on the vehicle, I found out that this year make and model vehicle has had 4 different recalls as well as paint recall on the 2017 Hyundai Elantra. This had never been conveyed to me upon purchasing the car of any type of vehicle problems that would have persuaded me against purchasing the car in the first place. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THEM WITHOUT GETTING A TOTAL VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT or without asking if there have been any recalls... because they will purposely not disclose that information in order to make a sale.

I was dreading buying my next car but was referred to Kenny, the used car manager, by a mutual friend and boy am I thankful! I explained, in detail, my situation and Kenny was awesome. Before I arrived, he already had the best car available ready for me and had Anthony assist with everything. They were both excellent to work with and in about two hours I left in my "new" car! Citicars was a wonderful surprise for me. I totaled my car in an accident and desperately needed a vehicle as soon as possible. I was referred to speak with a salesman named Jaime and to my surprise became my guardian angel. Not only did I get approved for a car, I got approved for a beautiful 2014 vehicle. Jaime was very understanding of my financial situation and urgency for a need of a car and he worked hard to establish financing for me. I am so very thankful because I was being denied everywhere else. Everyone at Citicars was very friendly. I even overstayed my visit having a pleasant conversation with one the mechanics for a while before I left. I cannot recommend Citicars enough. Giving someone like me a chance when no other lenders would really saved me because I needed a car so much. Thank you Jaime and all of the guys and gals of Citicars!

Jaime and Gustavo were great! They were friendly, helpful and very professional. We just bought a Honda from them. They made the process quick and easy.
