I had my mind set on a vehicle that I was searching for. I had been looking for 4 months. Every dealer I called, the car was presold. I stumbled upon the vehicle that had just arrived at Steven's Creek Chevrolet, and it wasn't already spoken for. I had a clear understanding of what these sell for and I made an offer over the phone. It was agreed to. Filled out app on phone, and agreed to be at the store the very next morning. The sale was smooth. I test drove the vehicle signed the paperwork and the was driving away with my car 2hrs later. Appreciate the professionalism. They made it seamless and very comfortable.

Hamid and Mo were AMAZING! Made me feel comfortable and made sure I got the best deal for my buck. I left the lot in my first electric vehicle with a full charge and car was nice and clean. Paper work was fast and straight to the point. I will definitely come back when and if I’m ready to buy another car 👍🏼. 10s across the board for Hamid and Mo

Flew up from LA to buy my Bolt EUV. Ramon was easy to work with and I got a great deal. Took a while to get the paperwork done but they only had 1 finance guy working when I went. Highly recommend if you are in the market. See you when the blazer is released!

My experience with Stevens Creek Chevrolet was awful from the moment we dropped my truck off. I made the unfortunate mistake of adding DEF fuel to my Diesel tank which led me to tow my truck to this service center. As part of the Chevrolet roadside assistance, I was not given much of an option but to tow to the nearest dealership. I dropped my car off at the overnight drop-off and waited to get a call from the dealer the next morning at least some kind of acknowledgment that my vehicle was checked in. I received no call so I decided to follow up. I could not get through to anybody spent most of my afternoon reaching out until finally, I get a text from a service. It took a month to get the right part in and to have all parts changed in our truck. When we finally received our truck back it stalled on the freeway the very next day. We have been trying to get in contact with our service agent with no luck whats so ever. Now we have our truck being worked on at another dealer and we are feeling 100% sure that the additional damages that we are incurring with our truck is a result of a lousy job this dealership did. Our truck is brand new and we were guaranteed that the engine was not started but we have a feeling that we were lied to and that the work that was said to be done to our vehicle was not done at all. I would recommend this dealership to anyone at all. They do not care about their customers whatsoever and do not provide quality customer service. We will most likely bring in a lawyer to have this resolved since we have had no response since the truck broke down just a day after picking it up.

If I drop my car off for service, will I be able to get a loner car until repairs are done. I have two small kids and work. And this would be my only car.

You need to check with a service advisor. Even dealerships that have loaners may or may not give you a loaner based on what you are having done. They do have an agreement with a local rental car company (they come and get you, reduced rate for rental) if nothing else.
