You need to check with a service advisor. Even dealerships that have loaners may or may not give you a loaner based on what you are having done. They do have an agreement with a local rental car company (they come and get you, reduced rate for rental) if nothing else.
If the repair is covered under warranty, they'll provide a car for you free of charge, otherwise it's the reduced rate thing that the other person had mentioned.

Yes, you should voice this concern when scheduling a service visit. Chances are that the dealer will provide a loaner or a rental car voucher. If that's not possible, I would approach other dealers until I find a more accommodating one. That's been at least my experience with other brands.
