Petsmart is ok but the real reason it’s 5 stars is because of the petcare manager Chelsea. Very helpful and attentive. Tells the truth.

I don't understand a professional full grooming service that does not pluck the ear hair out from certain breeds ears. I asked if they did it and she said yes it comes with the full groom or sani cut. I went to pick up my boy and they said they didn't do it and to take him to the vet to have it done. First I heard of a groomer telling me this on my 6 year old doggie. So needless to say I did go to the vet and paid an addition $25.00 to have my dogs ear hair plucked. I don't understand how you can be a groomer and not know how to do it. Powder and Pluck, Not Shave. Petsmart please get more qualified people.

Last picture is what he looked like… I was told that they would cut as little as possible and this is what I got! A poor job, he was shaved!! At the lobby they had a cute sample of a Pomeranian with a beautiful haircut and I even made the comment that I wouldn’t mind that look! I was in shock! These puctures don’t serve justice! I would just give a zero star. Sorry but I’m not picky nor a person who complains .

I’ll take all three of my Yorkies to see Lindsay in the grooming department. She always does a fantastic job With each of them. Two of them have attitude and she just takes them right in and they give her no problem. I couldn’t be happier with the years of service she’s been providing for my pets. Thanks Lindsay
