Fairways on Green Valley

I love living here! I will be renewing my lease for the 6th time this spring. They are older apartments, so you do hear the water being turned on and off from the other units occasionally. Other than that, it's a very quiet place on the golf course.

I have lived in 4 different apartment units in this complex over the years and the reason I chose to go back more than once even was that I simply liked everything about living there. Like any place the management can be difficult depending on who is managing it at the time, but I was very happy with my time there. The biggest issue was some of the neighbors. The majority of them are great as well though. I am most certainly not an employee. I am just someone who was happy with my time there. The latest management company is quite good and deserves credit also.

I have lived at Fairways on Green Valley for almost two years. There are great things about it and things that can be improved, just like any other place. I love living in close proximity of Pittmans Wash. it brings lots of cute creatures around like bunnies, quail, and the occasional coyote back on the trails. Having direct access to some kind of nature in this desert makes this place feel like home. Fairways is a relatively clean and neat property. The maintenance team they are always on it. I put in a maintenance request and they’re usually there within the next couple of hours if not, the next day. The only drawback that I think the community can improve on is the quality of the appliances and the work that is put into the units. The first thing my partner said when we moved in was “Oh, this place is fancy cheap.” As in it looks really nice but not everything is completely working. However, that may not be fairways fault. When things are put in new it seems like they’re working but after multiple residents there is a possibility for deterioration. But like I said, If you make it known to them they will come out and fix it. Extremely pet friendly, which is what I like most about it. I have a chihuahua and a cat and there are multiple pet bag stations, a pet park and places to walk. I feel safe at this property which says a lot.

Great view of the golf course, very quiet and clean. Neighbors are wonderful and respectful. Great amenities. Staff did a terrific job assisting us. All and all a great experience.
