I had to terminate my lease a couple months early. They charged me three months rent and an additional fee, despite the fact that I did not have a full three months remaining on my lease, and they re-rented the apartment within a month. I attempted to resolve this issue with the complex, and I was argued with and denied on every level. They sold the amount within three months to a debt collection agency, I believe for an amount I likely would have settled for. In relation to the comment: I called to discuss already, the apartment did not budge on their stance.

I have lived in The Passage Apartments complex for four years, and I am appalled at what happened yesterday. While in the middle of a business meeting conference call, a representative from your office, I believe her name is Dee (she’s a Caucasian woman who has tattoo sleeves and dark brown hair) approached my balcony to discuss a personal residential matter with me in a very aggressive and rude manner. This is extremely unprofessional and a major breach of privacy. I have never lived in any apartment complex where the staff has ever treated me like this. This isn’t the first occurrence where Dee has mistreated me. The first time I encountered her I went to the office to pick up my mail and she was there. I asked if I could retrieve it letting her know that I didn’t get a chance to pick it up from the Amazon lockers and she rudely and abruptly asked, “Do I even live in these apartments?” and proceeded to ask me a series of questions before giving me my mail. I was taken aback as I had never received this treatment from any other staff member in the leasing office. Laurie, Patrick and Sharon are always very pleasant and amazing to deal with. I am certain at this point as I’ve caught her watching my apartment on multiple occasions that she is engaging in racial discrimination and harassment. Please understand an employee with this very unprofessional and negative attitude and approach towards your loyal residents certainly reflects very poorly on The Passage. I feel very uncomfortable and would like this addressed as soon as possible. Thank you.

I liked living here! Anytime I ever had a problem Pat and the maintenance team would get it squared away for us fast and if it was a bigger problem they wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and again until it was fixed. they do an awesome job!

Very nice property. I highly recommend live here. The office work so hard to enforce to everything be nice organized and quiet despite the fact that some neighbors do not show consideration towards their neighbors.

I have lived here since December. Have never seen a scorpion or a break in or really any ruckus of any kind. We have a security guard who patrols the entire night. Two secure gates and during the day there is maintenance and staff always on property.
