Clean , organized . Plenty of staff to keep people moving. Good show experience.
Nolan Petersen
A phenomenal show at the Cadillac Palace Theatre, even from the back of the house. I would have to see a show from the mezz or the orchestra seats to know if the audio quality was impacted in the balcony, but we generally could understand the words of all the actors.
Chris Geiger
Gorgeous old theatre!!

There is no direct line to the venue. If you'd like to book tickets you can call 800-775-2000 or visit BroadwayInChicago.com and if you need assistance you may call our customer service department at 312-977-1702.
The lot associated with the theater that offers a discount is at lake and wells
I recall seeing a section on the main floor that had wheel chairs. I don't see how they could make it in the balcony area unless there is some type of assistance provided.
I had a bag and they did a quick check. There was nothing offensive about it
It runs the gamet. There is no dress code, though most people tend to dress up a little. Though jeans and a nice shirt are fine.
2 hours and 30 minutes with an intermission.
Usually 30 minutes, at least it was the 3 times I've been there.
I highly recommend go in person if possible to save on paying allot in "convenience charges". You pay the ticket gave value and they give you your tickets on the spot!
These questions go to Google community. You might want to call them
4:30 is when I was on street walking.
2.5 hours with intermission. I recommend leaving as soon as the cast comes out at the end. You will get out much faster otherwise it'll can take almost 20 minutes to get outside
Get there early and find affordable parking. The local garage down the street was $53.00 for less than 4 hours.
Yes They will do a bag search
Use Spot Hero find good parking good price.
224 W Randolph St Chicago,Β ILΒ 60606 is convenient, but beware, it can be pricey. It's right around the corner from the theater.
You can pull up to the front of the theater and go to the will call office and get your parking pass along with your tickets. Then get back in your car and go to the parking venue.
If you have tickets held at will call, you'll proceed to the box office window where your tickets will be held. Please have an ID on hand that is affiliated with the name the tickets are held under.
Edit: I just reread u pre bought . It's not attached to the theartre fyi........ and No there is close by public self parks use spot hero for reserving and deep discounts. Beware the parking across is valet n takes forever to get your car after show. Look for self parks they r on same street
When we went we forgot our vaccination cards. They said there was a quick result test site around the corner. Call the theatre and see what they say. I found out cards in my photos, so we didn't need to test.
Jesus Christ Superstar will be at the Cadillac Palace Theatre July 19 - 31, 2022. Details can be found here https://www.broadwayinchicago.com/show/jesus-christ-superstar/
Lake and wells parking is one block away from the theater. I don't think the theater itself has any parking.
The show is now selling tickets for 1/21/20 thru 1/21/22, online.
It on Washington street one block north of Madison
Remingtons
I did not see a valet. I would call the theatre.
Because you can get the tix online. They typically only open a few hours before shosw
2 PM and 8 PM don't be late do not seat once show starts
The Box Office opens every morning at 10AM, 11AM on Sundays.
Assisted hearing headsets are available for free of charge at the Coat Check.
First show was about 2.5 hours with a 15 minute intermission. I think they may cut a little time off since it is still in previews. It is a really good show.
Can anyone translate the question so we can try to give an answer?
Check the web.
Yes, those will give you a clear view
just short of 2 1/2 hrs
Frumpy midwestern, it's a tourist spot so pretty much anything goes
Individual ticket sales typically start 6-8 weeks before the performance. You'll likely have to wait until the Fall in this case.
I found the balcony seating to be very comfortable
Lake wells self park. There is about 6 self park garages within a block or two walking distance.
ticket master fees are usually at least $10 a ticket.
You can try SpotHero or Parking Whiz to find cheap parking nearby.
Hello Lee, Roland and Greg are correct.
It really depends on the show and if there is an intermission. If you really need to know just call the theater.
Monday 10:00am β 6:00pm Tuesday 10:00am β 7:30pm Wednesday 10:00am β 7:30pm Thursday 10:00am β 7:30pm Friday 10:00am β 7:30pm Saturday 10:00am β 8:00pm Sunday 11:00am β 4:00pm
You should contact the theater. You should inquire about getting a raincheck or refund if they choose to go on and you don't want to drive in this weather
Sorry, No Idea.
Wont hurt to have a paper copy, just in case!
They have headphone devices in the lower level in the coatroom, near the bathrooms
The is the first balcony area. My experience with this area is the incline is very flat. You view can easily be blocked by taller heads. Also the closer you are to the stage the more you view will be obstructed.
Cadillac Palace box office is best for answers to these types of needs.
The doors are open by 6 for tickets and the lobby. The actual theater doors don't open until abot 15 minutes before the show starts.
I agree with the 20-25ish minute walk time. You can also get to the Chicago Pedway system through the City of Chicago building just east of the theatre. It'll take you underground all the way to Millennium station. It's a bit confusing to navigate, but might be a good option to stay out of the cold.
Can buy tickets at door
The Hotel Allegro is next door. The others mentioned are all at least 5 blocks away and more.
There may be some scattered chairs by the doors of the theater but not many. Doors to lobby open 45min before the show but the theater doesn't open until 30min before show time. I recommend getting there closer to the 30min mark.
Usually about an hour earlier.
Lobby doors open 45min before show time. Theater doors 30min. For accessible seats you won't want to be there anymore than 30min early as they will no be able to actually seat you yet.
Call Broadway in chicago directly # on your tickets you must do. Before day of show show
Randolph Tavern is almost right across the street. There are many more..just about any cuisine you want as well as price range.
They change weekly. Through Nov 5th the box office hours for the Cadillac Palace Theatre: 151 W. Randolph, are: Monday 10:00am β 6:00pm Tuesday 10:00am β 6:00pm Wednesday 10:00am β 7:30pm Thursday 10:00am β 7:30pm Friday 10:00am β 7:30pm Saturday 10:00am β 8:00pm Sunday 11:00am β 7:30pm
Yes, access to public transportation is within a few blocks of Cadillac Theater.
Dress circle but be aware that the theatre has some seats that are limited view, side view. When you purchase tickets online through ticketmaster, make sure you pay attention to that. I have sat in loge too which are actually good seats as well.
The South Shore Randolph station is 5 city blocks away. And a Brisk Pace that's about 10 minutes. Taking your time just over 15. I use a cane and have mobility issues and I was able to make it to the train in 15 minutes.
I don't recommend taking children to this place. My 2 year old and I we're verbally abused by staff and patrons before being kicked out all together.
