No but there is a parking garage at 210 lake street (about 2 blocks from the Cadillac) that is only $14. Very convenient and safe.
You can do a pre-paid parking (official parking for cadillac theater patrons) good for 12 hours which is much cheaper than anywhere else except the street metered parking if you are not staying long.

there are garages at Lake and Wells, and at Randolph and Wabash. the theater is also right by multiple trains, including the Metra
