Can't answer the phone process because I've never gone that route. I've always printed my tickets. That saves me any issues that might arise due to the email either not opening or being in a spot where I have bad cell coverage. Having ticket in hand, I know I'm guaranteed I'm going to get in.
They can scan them from the phone
