Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. Beautiful views and beautiful building. There’s 38 floors and 9 high-speed elevators. Nice workout facility and indoor swimming pool doesn’t seem crowded. No hot tub but the showers can double as baths. I lived here for about a year as my college used a few floors for student housing (I know, nicest dorm ever). Never had a problem with staff or housekeeping. Tip: park in the Copley Garage (which is attached to the building), don’t park in the Mariott’s self parking.

First time in Boston, and I absolutely loved it!! We were happy with the hotel room - just make sure to get a renovated one!! The lobby area in the hotel could use a renovation, but there were plenty of tables and chairs to hang out and enjoy meals. ASHLEY at the concierge was EXCELLENT. She was an absolute pleasure, a big smile plastered on her face every day, gave me some great tips about the city, was super sweet with my nephew and gave him a kiddie loot bag. The restaurant on the second floor was pretty good, I had their breakfast sandwich twice and I really liked it. The location of this hotel was AMAZZZZZING. It is central to everything. Tons of restaurants close by, connected to 2 malls, connected to the metro, walkable to Boston Public Library and the Boston Public Park/Boston Common. I was super happy with the location. The only reason why I didn't give this a 5* is because it really does need a reno, especially for the nightly rate. I would love to stay here again!!!! Thank YOU for a lovely stay!!!!

Quite enjoyed my stay here for a conference over the course of five nights in an 18th floor room with king bed. Pros: clean room, great 24 hour gym with beautiful indoor pool, good location with easy access to good restaurants, sky walk to the prudential center with plenty of food and shopping options, Yard House is right in the hotel for a night cap, elevators are specific to your floor (press your floor and you are assigned an elevator) so it feels more private, friendly front desk staff, wonderful housekeeping staff kept us well stocked on what we needed with a great attitude Cons: water pressure was not great, it took much longer to shower because you have to wait for the water to fully rinse you off, soft water so slightly slimy feel (I just prefer hard water), pillows are the ones that are not very supporting but you get four of them so you can stack them. The one in between con is that they had construction taking place and it started by 730/8am in the morning, which was annoying when you want to get a bit of extra sleep in. Overall a great stay, would recommend for future stays hopefully when construction is completed.

This has quickly become our favorite hotel! Staff is wonderful and friendly, rooms are very neat, clean and comfortable. We always book a corner king on the top floors, its quieter and the views of Boston are spectacular. There is a Yard House and Starbucks downstairs as well as access to the Copley Mall and the Prudential. We love the convenience of being able to walk to wherever we want to eat or shop without going outside (especially in the winter).

Yes. The hotel will make you pay for it, but you can do it. I would make sure to let the hotel know to expect the package.
Take strowdrive
And
Not sure you should call the place to find out I'm sure they have laundry service but I don't know about coin laundries in that mall
Not that far..you can also take T... Check on Google you will get ride fare as well
Hello! I think that by receiving packages there is no fee. But you must notify the hotel that you have parcels that will arrive at the hotel.
Self parking is very strict and will charge you on the 24 hour mark $40, then more 1 minute later. Valet is flexible and won't charge you if you checkout and get your car later that day
They do have corner rooms but best bet is call hotel to get there opinion and if they even have availability.
Yes, shuttle is convenient, and I guess one goes every 30 minutes. It's just $7.5 one-way. But it'll drop you off at Boston Library, which is a 5-minute walk from Marriott Copley Place.
There's a shuttle at the airport that charges $7.50, it drops you off really close to the hotel.
It's a couple of miles; your best course of action is to take an Uber or the T.
Don't remember seeing it but why don't you call reception and ask if they have them available?
Right
If you really want delivery you are wasting an opportunity to get some really world class pizza at Figs, Dirty Water Dough or Salty Pig, all which are very short walking distance. If you want really bad pizza there is a Star Market across the street and you can get some frozen pizza. Trust me, take the 5 minute walk and get you some good pizza. They all do take out if you absolutely want it to bring back to the hotel.
It's a very nice, clean gym with a mix of high quality treadmills and elliptical machines, as well as an array of weights and machines.
Its actually off Huntington st ,if you pull under the cover for the valet at the Marriott the self parking garage will be directly in front of you...
Service animals are all welcome . if you're pet is a life companion or service there are no restrictions. But other wise call front desk .
It is 24 hours, both valet and self parking in the garage.
Yes, they absolutely will. They do a tremendous job with customer service and loyalty. They will hold your luggage for you.
Depending on what it is, you can forward to an address at reception and they will print.
It's accessible by the T and taxis...which was around 25.
