Terrible customer service. For the first time ever ( I am an avid traveller who stayed in dozens hotel on different continents) my own pillow case from my own pillow was removed and taken away. Since it was an expensive pure silk case, I immediately reported to the front desk and was assured that the manager will contact me immediately. That did not happen. A few days later, while checking out, I was promised by another hotel employee that either the case, if found, would be sent to my home, or I would be reimbursed. Four weeks later - nothing! Finally I reached the manager, Michael, who yet another time promised.... and hung up on me. Appalling, un -professional attitude: "you have already paid, so we don't care about you any longer". There are plenty of excellent hotels in downtown Boston - I will definitely avoid this Hyatt in the future.

Hyatt is commonly known for its quality of the rooms and services, but I was disappointed with my five-night stay at Hyatt Regency Boston. Last year I stayed at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor, a beautiful facility with nice rooms and better services. Hyatt Regency Boston is an overpriced hotel that comes around $500 per night and includes a room rate of $455 per night and an undisclosed $30 per night as destination fees. None of the amenities included in it are worth using. Also, a cup of brewed coffee (which was cold) downstairs was charged at $6 (Not Starbucks). AC was not working at night and complained multiple times still not able to resolve them. We also got assigned a handicapped room where the shower was so inconvenient.

Rooms are adequate, decent hot water pressure. In room internet is a bit slow. The location is convenient to many downtown destinations. Restaurant and bar are overpriced as expected but lots of really good options for food and drink nearby. Odd lobby arrangement in that you enter on the ground floor and must take an elevator up to the main lobby. I would stay here again.

Great location and space for events. The service from staff was always great and the rooms are very nice. The proximity to the Commons and offerings of great food nearby make this a great place to stay for both business and leslisure. Would highly recommend and look to return.

Hello James. Thank you for your inquiry. We do not have a shuttle to/from Logan airport. Uber, taxi or public transportation are the best options.
I'm not sure but there are taxis right outside the terminal. 6 of us plus bags less than 30 dollars. About 12 mins to hotel.
Parking garage is right there
Also not sure about charging, but yes, there's parking. It's $40 a day straight, or $58 a day for valet. I'd just call the hotel and ask if they have charging stations for your car.
Where I can stop the car go to check in or can I go to parking before check in?
It’s not. $58 for valet includes in and out privileges. Otherwise $40 to self park.
We had a double standard room with just table & 2 chairs and i wanna say a mini fridge. Bur most hotels offer a roll away bed for maybe an extra $10 or so dollars.
I spent about $16, maybe less, with Lyft after discount was applied.
Approx 1 mile away, about 20 mins to walk
