I visited the Revere Hotel Boston Common for a friends bachelorette party. Overall the hotel was clean, the rooms were nice but they lacked some features that seemed they should have had for the price of the hotel. For example, we had to specifically request a mini fridge to be brought to our room; the hotel staff was happy to bring it in but it took a bit and was an extra effort in order to get a hold of the front desk staff. The hotel room also did not have many outlets, specifically by the bed which is a simple luxury I have come to expect at nice hotels. The rooftop bar was nice but there was only one server/bartender on a Friday night which seemed very short sighted and the service was incredibly slow. The location was great for getting around the city - it was perfect if you are looking to explore the city on foot.

The hotel is great. Large nice rooms, great fitness center. I was in floor 11 and was super quiet. Slept well every night. The thing that ruins the entire experience is that they charge you a secret daily 25 dollars "guest amenities fee". I think it is unfair they didn't include this on the original price because maybe I would have picked another hotel knowing Revere was 25 dollars more expensive

Excellent location. Close to everything you want to see in Boston. Had a superior room and appreciated the size of the room. Service is responsive and fast too. Wish to have a fridge in the room and clean windows, that is why give this hotel 4 stars not 5.

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend's who stayed there before. On his recommendation I booked two adjoining rooms for three nights and they were able to accommodate my party upon check-in. All was good but seemingly ended there. One of the rooms had a very lumpy bed. As far as guest services went, we called downstairs for extra towels but they never came. On our way out on the day before checkout, I spoke with guest services about a late checkout and was told maybe and to call the next morning. I found this peculiar and thought It would be a straight forward yes or no based on policy or common hotel practice. After the change of shift, I asked the desk clerk again when I went downstairs to get towels....he was very pleasant, got me the towels and had no problem with us checking out a little late. The worst part about my stay was the parking. I hadn't done my due diligence to check the price for parking and was floored when I saw the total. I asked the front desk about it and they told me the rate as it was listed on the website. I paid at the kiosk near the elevators ($106). After the initial frustration we began our journey out of the parking garage and the gate didn't even ask for our ticket to get out....Could I have saved $106 in parking or was the gate malfunctioning? I suppose I'll never know.

1/2 ton or smaller will my 3/4 ton on stock everything was to big.
Yes, we have a heated indoor pool that is open from 6AM to 11PM year round.
Strange. We found the staff to be on top of most everything.
Davios Italian Steakhouse is fabulous! We went there twice in one week. It's about two blocks from Revere.
On the top. Seasonally available.
They have a garage attached with self park for $40 a day. I know they also have valet but I can't speak to those costs.
A lot places are within walking distance or a ride share away.
They are the combination tub and shower - at least for normal rooms. I can't answer for the suites
No shuttle available, Lyft and Uber are decent alternatives though.
Get a cab or Uber. Not far at all.

There is VIP parking as well as self-parking in an attached garage. When I stayed summer of 2017, self-parking was $40/night.
Yes, it is right next to the hotel. Agree, it looks like a turn into a tunnel but it's actually a garage. There's valet- they were great!
