Based on false data regarding covid, no room service unless requested or every other day. Shower drain clogged, garbage not taken out, I guess unless requested. Far from Boston if that's where you're going so expect horrible traffic. Breakfast was average, nice staff but there's little they can do to make things better. How many years will they force masks, shots, based on a pcr test not designed to detect c19 but will test positive for a common cold? We are being manipulated by bad information.

Every time I go out, I stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel, but this is the first time I see so many people complaining about the safety and service quality of this hotel. This is a hotel management problem. Although the hotel's hardware facilities are relatively new, However, poor management should be its biggest problem. I hope it can attract the attention of the top management of the chain store. If necessary, the hotel manager must be replaced, and training and guidance should be provided to employees, otherwise the brand will be smashed. If it is really the case as reported by most of the guests, I will report it to the IHG management. I'm going to stay for one night in person, and I'll be sure to post the photos, hopefully my stay isn't that bad.

Yes but it is located next door in the Marriott. Just inform reception and they will contact them as you walk across. You need a temporary card from Marriott reception to access the pool area. There is a lovely hot tub too beside the pool.

Breakfast doesn't stand out much. I paid $300 for a room and was not very impressed. You could get the sand breakfast in an $89 Holiday inn express
