Stayed here for two nights while we were in town for a concert. This place was very conveniently located by a shopping plaza that included an Olive Garden, Panera Bread, Stop and Shop, and Target, so for those like me with dietary restrictions the location was an A+ so I knew I had something to eat the entire time. I was so happy that the room was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave so I could eat meals I brought. But the most important thing was how friendly the woman at the desk was! She was so genuine and welcoming and chatted with us for a bit and was happy to answer all our questions. Based on her alone I would come here again. Our room was sparkling clean and so spacious. The hotel itself had vending machines and a laundry room which was super helpful because we did end up needing to use it! The 24/7 market was also great and had snacks and travel essentials as well. We did not end up eating at the Bistro but if we hadn’t brought our own food we definitely would have! If we return to Boston we won’t hesitate to book here again.

Location near UMass and near South Bay was perfect to setup our freshman kid. Marissa is a fantastic host, deserves kudos for her flexibility in making our stay smooth.

The staff here are second to none. Not a single person I have interacted with in my many weeks staying here was ANYTHING but excellent. Rooms are spacious, great location and absolutely great staff.
