Great hotel, they really looked after us, superb food and good for a tech conference

this place is worst value for the money I’ve ever been and without a doubt the worst Marriott I’ve been at. First , they canceled my reservation before arrival so had to go through trouble for them to re-instate my reservation (manager claims she was doing me a favor). First room I was put in smelled unbearable (body odor sweats mold ciggs)… second room they put me in was same horrible smell just a little less potent. However the closet smelled like fish and I couldn’t put my clothes in there. Major disappointment of a hotel

Night 1 into a 3 night stay, but not off to a good start. The check in lady had a smile, but less than pleasant attitude. I had apologized and told her I wasn't sure if she was ready for me when she motioned for me to come forward and despite the smile, her response was a less than friendly "that's why I said hello. " Then when i talked to her about the room and asked about the room request, she rolled her eyes and said, "that's why they changed the name to seaport because you can't see the water from any of the rooms due to the tall buildings." As for the room, basic other than the floor has actual dips under the carpet, especially by the window, that just don't feel safe. My room in St. Louis the night before actually had a larger, updated bathroom. Standard shower curtain, body soap dispenser is missing and replaced with a 1 oz bottle and a bar, towels are located inside the bath, shower area. Just not what I was expecting, especially compared to St. Louis/ Chesterfield which is much cheaper and way nicer staff.

Positive: Great vibe! Very clean Negative: All the fees and honestly ridiculous pricing. Why give $25 coupon when you charge it anyway? Case in point - very disappointed in Starbucks. Ran out of items on the menu and 2 cups of coffee nearly cost the $25 coupon extended.

Yes, there is. Use the SL1 shuttle and take it to the World Trade Center station. The Westin and Convention Center are just south of the WTC station across the bridge.
I believe they serve breakfast every day. I don't believe they do a "brunch" but the breakfast menu was extensive.
They have parking under the hotel, either valet or self-park.
Pretty good. Good service, tasty food. Not a drinker so can't comment there.
This is a public forum you will most likely have to call.
You do not pay to park if you stay at the Westin.
No
You can go in n out with your room key.. unless you need to pay everytime.. with room key its $40 per day..
Yes
Sorry, can't help here
Westin has their own store called the heavenly mattress... gorgeous!
Not that I am aware of, silver line is two blocks down, well within walking distance
21 years of age or older.
I was there for AFSCME Convention. I used the last name of the person that registered for us. Plus we received an email confirmation.
No, however ut is roght across from the silver line subway and an easy transfer to the red line and then out to the station a couple blocks from the park.
The pub is directly connected to the hotel, with nice lighting and decent service. Depending on if the convention center is busy will dictate how full it is.
What cruise terminal? Regardless, everything is a short 5 min cab ride or a 10 to 15 min walk from the hotel
Yes They even provide Bedding and bowls. And the goodies for Dogs
super short walk. 200 or 300 yards maybe
