Great location to pepole visiting mgh,also beacon hill is a nice place to be in very close to everything.

They allowed non guests to threaten paying customers at the bar. Locals who couldn't even afford to stay there what a joke.

Pool, restaurant, $75 hold on funds for incidentals. Released upon check out. Great place to stay.

My wife is going to Mass General for an operation and a few days stay. I will have her service dog with me ( 6 lb. toy poodle ). Will there be an extra charge and what paperwork do you require for the service dog ?

Not really sure. I know they bent over backwards for me. Make sure you contact the hotel for reservations. Don't go through a hotel site.

I was at this hotel only for a function at about the 10th floor. I doubt if there is any indoor pool but most hotels have airport shuttle. It might be good to mail the hotel directly. So sorry I couldn't be more specific.
