The hotel is good, nothing amazing but it’s nice. The best part is the location! So many things to do. And the staff is really nice! I would go back if I can get it at a good rate. It’s good.

I was so excited to go here. The pictures on Priceline were gorgeous. This room was typical of a motel. I've stayed at Extended Stay and thought it was better than what I got and not for nothing the people that stay there think they are better than you. Over $400 per night. I couldn't even get room service Sunday morning after calling 3 times. If this is a 4 or 5 star Hotel I much rather stay in a 2 star motel because they are the same. Do not go here thinking it's so fancy or special. Go to an Extended Stay and spend $300 LESS a night and have more fun doing things with that extra $300. I'd NEVER do this again. I'd NEVER recommend it.

Stayed for the weekend and enjoy the location of the hotel and available on site parking being so close to much of what the Back Bay and South End have to offer.

You stayed here for a number of nights, and booked a number first for colleagues. The service left much to be desired. More importantly, when the rooms are reserved, nobody was informed about a mystery $30 per night pop-up charge that everybody was faced with. It had to pay out of pocket for facility fees that really nobody used. It is a bit ridiculous to add these high cost fees for services that you are required to pay for at the end of your stay and pretend That they are not part of the cost of the stay. If you offer mandatory amenities, just include them into the price that you quote, instead of trying to surprise your consumers with unexpected fees. Nothing more than an unethical bait and switch that leaves consumers frustrated, and those paying for others’ rooms embarrassed.

Yes!
They swipe the card for a certain amount which more than covers the cost of your stay. However, on completion of the billing, they release the rest.
There likely an age min, for unaccompanied children; which likley 13 yrs of age if there is no lifeguard
If you're asking about a revolving restaraunt, the answer is no. The Brasserie is on the ground floor.
