Great location, tons of stuff nearby. The hotel itself is clean enough, but is definitely showing its age. I found it interesting that the staff didn't have any matching outfits and instead were dressed very casually for a 4-star hotel (not something I personally care about, but also not something I've ever seen at a hotel charging $300+ per night). The desk staff at check-in were nice enough, but when I called initially to confirm my booking, the man who answered the phone was abrupt and rude. The rooms were small but updated. Definitely a loud hotel, didn't get a great night's sleep with the constant beeping outside, people slamming doors, and talking outside our room. Only one elevator was working and was a little shaky. The bed was really comfortable at least! No coffee maker or real amenities inside, the lack of restaurant is pretty disappointing too. No ice machine or vending machine, at least not that we could find. Also no soap dish so the soap they provide just ends up all over the small sink counter. No Do Not Disturb sign for the room either, the cleaning staff was up early in the hallways which wasn't fun. We booked a little too far in advance and when we checked 2 weeks before our reservation, nearby hotels of much higher quality were available for the same price. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a single night, but there are better options.

The room itself was a nice size and well decorated but there were flies coming up through the sink drain which we had to block with tissue paper. The reception staff did their job of checking us in but weren’t friendly or helpful. My daughters headphones went missing from her rucksack. We contacted the hotel via telephone and email, their response was that lost property takes up to 3 days to be handed in and they would contact us. We haven’t heard a thing. The location of this hotel is great and it has potential, however I won’t stay here again. We have stayed in other Boston hotels that are much nicer.

The rooms are super cute. Staff is always smiling and go beyond to ensure you have an amazing stay. The valet staff were amazing. Free wifi in the room. Amazing location to experience Boston. Yes, stay here, if you’re looking for a great spot.

What a terrible hotel. I had a last minute family emergency and I had to cancel my night. I was told « you should have planned it better ». I understand the rate was non refundable but I was expecting at least to have someone over the phone with better understanding and compassion. I could have been told the same message but more politely. I guess since the customer service over the phone was terrible (management included), it’s better that I didn’t have to experience the terrible customer service in person.

No.. You can book it on your own..!
We are about a 5 minute walk to the Copley Square stop on the green line and a 7 minute walk to the Back bay stop on the orange line.
We didn't rent a car. Walked a lot and used Uber. Driving didn't seem to be worth the hassle. It's really a great location for walking. Traffic is pretty bad
A handful of rooms have this option... Just ask the front desk for on of the "17" rooms...
There is an airport shuttle that takes you about 5 mins walks away from the hotel.
Parking is bad. They may have valet, but it is expensive.
Yes, in front at Hotel.
