Room without a real daylight window/window to ventilate... Very musty... So much that you can smell the room even in the morning. Service was fine and the shuttle to the nearest train station also worked very well. I would not recommend more than one night for transit, as with us!

Room floor had crumbs on it. At check in I was told my room will be ready in 30 min. Over an hour and forty-five min later it wasn't ready. The woman at the desk was rude. Only to discover crumbs on the floor of the room. They have a airport shuttle to Logan Airport. That's helpful, the driver was so nice and polite! The hotel requires a 100 dollar deposit on top of the room rate!

Full disclosure: I haven't stayed here yet, but I am already less than impressed with the customer service. I called because I booked a prepaid reservation on Priceline for 10/7/2022, because I am taking a red-eye flight and I want to be able check in when I arrive at approximately 6 am on 10/8/2022. I just asked the front desk agent who answered if she could leave a note in the reservation asking the Night Auditor to check me in the night before, so it does not run as a no-show and get canceled. She did not bother even looking up the reservation and told me that I would have to call back the night of because it was not "up to her" and it was up to the Night Auditor. All I was asking was for her to leave a note in the reservation; I planned to call again to confirm. She insisted she can't do that. Also, as I mentioned the reservation is prepaid, so it should not be a problem. The worker was incredibly rude and it was quite frustrating. At the end of call, I just said "okay, whatever." And she made sure to "Yeah, whatever" back before hanging up. As a former hospitality worker of five years (including Night Audit), I know that all property management systems have the capability to leave notes that will appear on the screen at the time of check in; I was not asking for anything impossible. The worker's tone indicated to me that she just did not want to be bothered. This is incredibly disappointing since I booked the reservation through Priceline and I cannot be refunded for it. But, if this is the treatment before check in, what does it mean for the stay? I'm disappointed already.

Room was comfortable and clean. There were a couple things reported to staff but they were not in a hurry to fix them. Air conditioner would shut off frequently and then turn back on.

You may pay cash at check out only. When you check in, you must be 21 yrs old, have a valid license/id/passport, and a debit/credit card that is bank issued. No pre paid debit cards are accepted.
O ya a couple u can walk to
It's about a 10 minute drive, however the hotel has a free roundtrip shuttle run there every 20 minutes from 6am-3am.....it was very easy...
Yes it free and yes reserve before
$100.00 and they hold it for about 5 business days after you check out.
Free parking is available but there is no airport shuttle. The hotel shuttle is to nearest subway station JFK/UMASS. From there, you need to catch a subway train.
Just call the hotel and they will let you know when the first available shuttle will be there around your arrival
Yes, it has and is free
Phone o email the hotel.
look for free to the hotel that have a shuttle service
I am willing to bet that they are coin operated . My recommendation is to call thier front desk and ask tk confirm.
If they dont, call them.
Yes
there is a bus that crosses the street from the hotel, but no metro or train station
No, shuttle will take you to the nearest metro station, and the metro will take you to the aquarium.
You must have made the reservation through some website and the cancellation should be done by the same place. The hotels only receive their data the day before the stay.
Yes they do but don't recommend staying there ! We had a terribly miserable experience there.
Not really - theres a small chocolate shop, a bowling alley with food, a few shops and a taverns that never seemed to be open when we passed! Enough for the essentials
15 minutes before and after the hour til about 11p. But is available beyond that as long as you call for it.
Yes.
No idea but you should be able to use Google maps to determine how far and long in traffic etc
Free, but you need to call once you get your bags. It's quicker to take an uber.
Didn't watch TV while I was there, so I'm not sure.
