Hi Hali, There is a provider evaluation and then the cost of the fee's from the laboratory processing the specimen. Our fee for a self is $125.
Mike, We have a self-pay pricing at our center for $125 to see our provider. COVID testing is an extra fee based on the need for antibody, rapid or PCR.

Their phone number is available on the website,if you do a Google search.they usually have two people at the desk that are busy at times so it's best to call them early.
Got mine back early the next day. Just enter your ID number on their website and you will see your results. Very easy.
