The provider was great! The office needs to manage better The receptionist were not talking patients before 9am . When I walked in at 9am that is the time they were starting up the computers . They were not ready to see patients at 9 am but they did there best to speed it up . It was just that little glitch. The receptionists were nice . Just needs a little improvement

The staff was incredibly nice but I literally had to wait about 1 hour to be seen for a simple raid covid test. To me matters worst I was waiting with my two kids who also had to be tested!

Today I was sent to the Nao because I wasn't feeling good and my symptoms were not going away. So they checked to see if they had an infusion that would make me feel better at 2068 Bartow Ave and the service when you walk in the door is horrible. It's bad enough you are sick and vulnerable to have no one even look up and acknowledged you is poor service. Not only did they not acknowledge you but I told them why I was there and they told me that I had to wait. because no one took their lunch break and there was no me at all to service me. Then I wait an hour for them to tell me what I came for the providers have never infused an iv and don't feel comfortable that was my purpose for the visit to get the infusion so I can start to feel better. I traveled far for nothing. That office is not a professional setting and if it was up to me everyone would have to get retrained or fired. You don't need an attitude when you're not feeling good and coming into the office for help.
