When I called the store Thursday Adrian(spell check) displayed the best customer service I have experienced in some time. He was patient, helpful, and helped me get the answer I was looking for. Adrian definitely deserves recognition and a raise. Academy it is up to you to show you appreciate and value your employees, especially a good employee that displays such amazing care for their customers. Good customer service is hard to find in this day in age. Thank you Adrian for making my experience a great one.

The guy checking us out had I know at least 4 days of dirt under his nails. After I told him I would put my shoes in box and bag he refused and proceeded to do it himself . I wasn't trying to be rude but man his hands looked like he just changed oil . Presentation and cleanliness is a must in a business and it just wasn't happening that day . Especially with someone who just bought a pair of white shoes .

You may want to call the store near you and ask, if they don't ask them to check other stores they can look up that kind of info with there computers all the stores are. linked.
