This is by far the best Urgent care I've ever been to . The Dr really takes her time with the patients very well Educated and very professional. She even go as far as making sure all Is well if the medication isn't covered by your insurance to make sure you get the best possible . Would definitely recommend to anyone anywhere.

This is the best place for citizenship health report… if you ve insurance they try to cover everything from your insurance. Very nice stuff and things goes so fast… strongly suggested…

I went to Big Apple about a week ago and had the absolute BEST urgent care experience! From the moment I walked in, Rodlene (hope I got her name right) at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I hardly had any wait time (just enough to fill out paperwork) before being taken back to see Ebony, the MA. Ebony was one of the kindest people I've ever had the joy of meeting! We had a chance to talk a bit while she was taking my blood and vitals, and it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. From the things Ebony said during our conversation, it was made obvious that she genuinely cares about what she does and the people she helps. I was then taken to another room to wait for the PA. Again, hardly any wait time!! Wadson, the PA, was wonderful. He answered all of my questions, made me feel super comfortable, and didn't rush through our visit. I left feeling like my questions were answered and like my concerns were heard and addressed. I wish everyone in the medical field treated patients the way the people at Big Apple Urgent Care on Church Avenue do!

if you wanna get a std test or a physical here then its perfect but honestly i wouldnt recommend as a primary care physician, came in and paid cash to get some stomach pains and a dry cough checked out, and long story short after getting asked the same ten medical questions by 3 different ppl which includes the doctor, she says well if it gets worse than come back and waste more money with us and sent me on my way, find someone more qualified
