Great, comfy bed and very beautiful location. Super central and safe area. I knocked a star off because our room wasn’t completely cleaned when we arrived (there was a suspect substance on the toilet seat). I think the cleaner probably just had a bad day , would still recommend!

From the beginning at check in. We didn’t get our code. Called a number and we were told it would be a few minutes it too us 45 minutes to get a code to come in. They don’t clean either and they have a door stopped right in the middle of the room that I’m sure everyone has tripped over multiple times

Starting at 9pm at night at checkin my spouse sat outside of the hotel for 3 1/2 hours, because the door lock technology failed. They couldn’t get into the building. There is no staff to assist and I had not landed in Boston yet. When I arrived I also tried the code and it failed. After another 30 mins and speaking with a Sonder rep who had me try the code again finally got IT and give us another code over the phone… The new code worked and we were told to disregard the old code the app gave us. When we asked for a late checkout we were immediately denied via text even though we lost hours on our stay do to Sonder’s failure to prepare for our visit. The next morning used their locker system in the lobby only to be locked out of the hotel again so we could retrieve our bags. Back on the phone we were…

1 star because of the check in process. You get an email every day until you register an account on their website, take photos of your personal identification to upload to their website, and force you to take photos of yourself using their facial recognition software via their website. It’s tedious, invasive and overkill.
