The convenience and high quality of this hotel were undeniable. The cost had increased significantly from our previous stays, understandably, could affect our ability to stay in the future (except for short stays). Restaurants and other options for eating were extremely satisfactory.

Stayed here prior to our move to Boston while we searched for an apartment. The location was great, central for all things Boston. The amenities were plush, but not over the top. The staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. I did lots of walking during my trip on hot days, and it was nice to have a comfortable place to come back to, relax and recharge. Could see this being a great location for business folks or for those on site-seeing trips to Boston.

Hotel is lovely, clean rooms and well appointed. Staff was kind and friendly, food was exceptional. Try the protein pancakes for breakfast or the lava cake for a late evening treat. Ana (morning server) went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel if you are picky about where you stay.

Hospitality was amazing! Let me check in early and check out early with no additional charge. The food was amazing!! Room service was amazing too! Valet service is so good !!! All the staff is exceptionally fantastic. Rooms are big and have a really nice view of the city… Rooms have robes too, which I love ! Definitely recommend!
