Highly HIGHLY recommend this UC especially if you debating between here or NextCare. This was such a great experience and a whole lot better. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The wait wasn’t too bad but that probably depends on the day. Everyone wanted to help you and that is what made a big difference. Besides great service what also sets them apart from nextcare is the fact that you can actually reach them if you have questions after you leave. At nextcare, it’s so corporate that you can never reach the location directly without calling operators first. And then you have to wait 45 min to reach an operator and then another 14 min wait for the office to pick up. HH you reach live staff pretty quickly and if someone can’t answer your question, they find someone who can. Definitely one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. While you can’t make an appt like others, the wait wasn’t that much longer than when I had made an appt at Nextcare. Your experience is much more worth it though.

Great experience! Went in just before 5 on a weekday and was taken back right after completing check in. Fast and efficient! Super nice staff! Been here before on a weekend with my son and had similar experience minus the wait time (was a little longer), but that’s expected on a weekend.
