When I arrived for my 12:20 appointment, I was told I had it wrong and my appointment was actually at 3:00. Not true, but I left because I was told they were running 3 hours late. Then I kept the "new" 3:00 appointment, only to learn that they were running very far behind. Ultimately I ended up going to a different Banner Urgent Care and got excellent service, but the Glendale avenue location should be an embarrassment to the company.

Yes
I went in to urgent care at the corner of 19th Avenue and Glendale Avenue and the receptionist was very helpful and polite. I would recommend that facility highly
Yes, or you can schedule / register online and they will notify you when your turn is coming up so you don't have to sit in the waiting room long if they are busy. I have utilized the online registration and it was really convenient and took the stress of waiting out it, which is great when you don't feel good.
