I shipped a small but very expensive semiconductor parts to China from Phoenix. Package got lost at the Phoenix distribution center for a few weeks. Communication within DHL was bad. DHL China had better information on where the packages verses DHL Phoenix. I picked up the package and using a different carrier to ship it over. I’m wondering how you can stay in business working like this

The package was there, but I had to drive half way across Phoenix to get there and there's nothing closer. They also don't have public restrooms.

Took 2 days to Russia. So i assume it will be like 4days to a week

I don't think any delivery company makes this type of accommodations as the job requirements state driver's need to be able to lift X number of pounds, usually 50-60 lbs. If they did, ever driver would request not to have to carry more than 20lbs. I personally order cat & dog food in 30 to 55 lb bags & 40 lb boxes of litter that Amazon, Target, & Walmart drivers deliver to my door. I wish you luck 🍀🍀

Could be a number of things, shipper inquiry, duties are owed, or customs hold. Call customer service at 800 CALL DHL to get the specific reason for the delay.
Yes, I could, but I estimate that it will be very expensive to send that package, just because of the size of the box for the bike

We only have one semi, and one driver. Dhl doesn't have a semi, fleet. I know, I'm a courier for DHL, PHX
That depends on the quality of the medications if it's really good then it will probably never get there but if it's just good at least a month and the fees will be based on how much medication there is because we will tax 20 percent of the medication for our selves
