Convenient if you need something packed, but they do charge a pretty significant surcharge to ship. It's all hidden, too. I was charged $38 to ship a package via UPS ground to NC. I later went on the UPS website to get a quote with the same weight and dimensions and it would have cost me $23 to go to the UPS store to ship it. This store has the convenience factor going for it, but be aware that there are hidden surcharges in the shipping fees.
