While this is the first time that I've hired movers and have no real frame of reference, I had to hire movers and they've made me realize that hiring movers is the best way to go. Will definitely be using them for my next move. As an update. I have used them again, and they were just as great this time as they were the last time. Fantastic company!

We decided to use this company due to their reputation. They also have some of the highest prices in the valley. We assumed their cost reflected their quality. We were not happy with the services provided to us by these movers. The movers had a great start in the beginning, extremely cautious with how they handled our furniture. Once we got to unloading we noticed a change in effort. We had two pieces of furniture completely damaged. Multiple boxes dropped down a fight of stairs. Little care to what was inside, or if it was fragile. We had about $2,500 in damages, but we will only be receiving 0.50 cents per pound on the items damaged. Granted we did not pay for the $100 insurance. We've used movers before & never had so many things damaged. Didn't think it was necessary to purchase the insurance.They said our desk wont be repaired for up to 60 days. No discount offered for the multiple damages either. I would not recommend this service to anyone. My advice don't pay their outrageous prices. Just find a small local valley moving company that values the work they do. We've had better experiences with the small mom & pop shops in Phoenix.
