I liked that I was taught by truckers with over 20 years of experience. You get some cool stories in down time. The school prepped me well to pass each and every test the state required to get a CDL.

My husband needs to obtain his CDL soon. I was helping him find a school and called Southwest to learn the specific schedules they offer since the website doesn’t list them. I was transferred to Brad. He was very rude and would answer YEP and NOPE for everything. I asked about the weekend classes and he sighed as if giving me information was an issue to explain. Either that’s how much they care to certify paying customers or management just really sucks. Brad, you should be replaced by someone helpful! You must really hate your job! I hung up and will be spending our 5k elsewhere.

The class size alone makes this place awesome, go to any other school and you’ll maybe get 30 minutes of drive time if you’re lucky, at southwest only 4 to a truck. I had Kevin as my driving teacher and Bob as my classroom teacher and the whole experience was great from beginning to end.

Best instructors. Best school. Best program.

They told me that they did not accept GI bill for tuition. I graduated Oct 13th, 2022.
Yeah
Cesar, our weekend classes run from 6am-4:30pm Sat & Sun for 8 weeks. Contact the school directly for class availability at 602-352-0704.
The maximum I believe is 16-20. The actual building facility is not all too big but since they also store the trucks there obviously the outside space has to be pretty large.
Idk their email address unfortunately.
I asked an instructor. He said Yes. They accept CC payments.
How much would it be for class b cdl and how long is the course
Yes from 5pm to around 10 to 11p.m
I strongly suggest you give them and perhaps a few other schools a call. Over the age of 21. More than a year of driving history. Clean(ish) drive record for the last 3-5 years. Background check will be conducted. Drug test will be required. Most urine, however one of them require a hair follicle test which goes back further. These requirements differ from state to state. What I've told you is for AZ. Get with a school recruiter for specifics. It's $5k if you got it like that. If you finance it's $7k plus interests. Most companies you work for will have educational tuition reimbursements. These fees are for both SW and Roadmaster School which is just down the street. Depending on your credit you may be able to start with no deposit going up to $1,500 at the most with RM...$2,500 at SW. I wish you much success on your future endeavors.
Hi, thank you for asking this question! The cost of obtaining your class B CDL depends on how many hours of training you need. Please contact our office to speak with an Admissions Representative and he/she will help you determine what level of training you need!
Yes you have to have an Arizona license and you only have 10 days from the time you move to Arizona to change your license
No sir...
No, you don't need to have a GED or diploma.
Unfortunately no. Just straight back, offset, and parallel. Just the basics to pass CDL
yes they do .However I was told its a longer process
They never found a school in Spanish?
From 4000 to 7000 depending on how you pay (cash/finance).
6a-4p, 5p-11p weekdays. 6a-430p on weekends.
Give us a call we will be glad to discuss it with you.
No. However, most major trucking companies do use hair follicle testing that usually go back 3-6 months.
No. I am a current student. You take several test, and have to pass the CDL permit test by the end of the first week and you take the CDL Driver test at the end of the training and have to pass that. If you don't, you can retest or sometimes you have to retake the class itself. It's a lot of information to retain and you may feel overwhelmed but the instructors are very helpful and supportive
The choice is yours. Classes start every two weeks!
Permit, license, life-time career services assistance and then some.
They actually give you the sources to find a job. They are a school not job placement.
alot !
The first three days you go hard in the book on that Thursday you go take your permit the next following week you doing inspection on the truck the next following week you on the range driving the truck 160 hours
I mean like after you get your permit and you start to go to school. Is there a final test
Go to the DMV take a computer generated test
Back in 2015 I payed 4k but i already had my cdl permit. Everyone else payed 6k because they did not have a permit. Best decision of my life. Now I make 88k driving local. Give the school a shot brother, hopefully it works out for you.
