Zero help, zero greeting on entry, miserable employee and short or unhelpful answers. Definitely will not use in the future. Go to Walgreens around the corner for anything fedex related.

I cannot stand this rude person who never greets his customers with a cheerful attitude and always acts like he got up on the wrong side of the bed. I presented my package to which he replied rather curtly "thank you" in a gruff manner. I replied by saying "I need a receipt and I will always need a receipt for my shipping." He angrily snatched the package, went to another register and printed off my receipt. Requesting a receipt should not bring down the world. He should remember what goes around comes around and he will get his for being the nastiest mean-spirited person in the world behind the counter. I will no longer ship at this store!
