overall this is a great place to live. It's a nice Resort setting - Pools are great (except that the PG Pool deck which needs to be refinished - it has been bad but it's getting worst - hopefully this will be addressed) great BBQ area that is well maintained. --- One thing of note is that it appears that the Management and or Board do not seem to care about the Security of the Residence. There was a incident on 7/21/22 with a large Police presence on property - including a Helicopter that flew for several minutes above the PG area. Shortly after the Police detained several juveniles. These juveniles where than picked up by their parents. When I posted something about this on the Toscana Facebook page (including pictures) it was deleted with out it being addressed. This should be a real concern to people that live here. There was absolutely ZERO communications from the HOA. What where they doing on Property that required such a response from the Police. Guess will see once the FOIA is being processed. This is certainly not good optics from the HOA.

I visited a friend who lives here and the complex was really nice and clean. According to my friend, there are a lot of amenities too, which seems to be the common selling point

One of my friends lives here and each time, the gate guards act like they don’t know who I am when I come over and it’s been many times. They are rude, condescending, and act like rent-a-cops. It’s gotten to the point where I can no longer see my friend at their residence here. This complex isn’t that pretentious enough to warrant any of this. Just snooty all around.
