My shipment was never loaded as scheduled. It was turned over to another company that delivered it without any notice as I was walking out the for a medical appointment that took a month to schedule. I had to cancel the appointment. The driver should be FIRED!!

Possibly the worst trucking company you’ll ever deal with. Absolutely zero communication, massive delivery delays because they won’t send a truck to your area until they have enough deliveries to fill the truck. Rude negligent drivers that will arrive with a truck full of broken merchandise and pressure you into accepting the delivery with the promise of compensation from Estes that you will never receive. The drivers will claim they are “injured” to try and get you to unload their trucks for them. This company should be shut down immediately for gross misconduct and OSHA violations.

This is probably the worst delivery company that I have ever experienced ever. What is the point of Estes calling and scheduling a delivery window, when they don't even show up. I called to check on my shipment and Estes stated that the driver was about 4 stops away, gave me a new ETA and didn't show for that as well. Really sad. In addition, the after hours support person is a complete joke and cannot do anything except send an email and tell me 'That's all I can do' in a snippy tone. All of their facilities close down at 4 so basically they are useless and have no means of customer support until morning. So that leaves the rest of us in limbo wondering where the thousands of dollars of gear that I ordered is? I was told that my driver Edgar had my number but I guess it's too much to ask for some kind of update especially if your not showing up. So as of now, I still see that my shipment is out for delivery and no status update from Estes that shows 24hr service. I will strongly advise the vendor I order from to switch services ASAP.
The Place The place
They have this rude lady assistant manager in charge of p&d and line haul starts with 3 letters (Sha) and she is unprofessional. The way she curses and yells at the drivers and just makes you realize how drivers even stick around Estes!. I hope corporate reads my reviews in hopes they replace this women! I had interest in getting on with this company but after I seen first hand how this lady is , I'm just going to stick to 1099
