My customer service representative was patient, polite, and knowledgeable. He made my experience easy and he even waived my opening account payment since I've had an account in the past. We even had a good laugh! Great experience!

Phone service is abysmal and rude and the rep sounded like he was yelling down a hallway. Southwest Gas doesn’t mind billing people not even on an account for months after and they will scream at customers like it’s the Jerry Springer show for pointing out that’s called fraud. Awful, inefficient, rude company to deal with.
